An Alumni Reunion organized by Tishk International universityAlumni Center, Dean of Students, in collaboration with Faculty of Engineering on December 10 , 2025 at Ibn Sina Hall, inside the campus. The event brought together Engineering graduates, academic staff, and university representatives to strengthen alumni engagement and professional collaboration.
The event aimed to strengthen connections between alumni and the university, provide a platform for professional networking, and encourage the exchange of experiences and ideas related to career development and industry needs. Alumni actively participated in discussions, sharing valuable insights that support the continuous improvement of engineering education.
The reunion was attended by several distinguished members of the university administration and academic community, including Dr. Bayan Salim, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, heads of engineering departments, and engineering faculty members. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Lavin Kawa, Alumni Coordinator, with the participation of Mr. Hersh Omer, Coordinator of the Career Development Center (CDC). The Dean of Students’ Office was represented by Mr. Sivar Aziz and Ms. Faeza Bakir, whose support and cooperation played an important role in the success of the event.
The attendees emphasized the importance of alumni engagement in enhancing academic programs and supporting current students through mentorship and collaboration. The event concluded with positive feedback from participants and a shared commitment to organizing similar alumni activities in the future.
Tishk International University plans to continue expanding such initiatives across other faculties to further strengthen its alumni network and promote long-term professional collaboration.
