Mission
The mission of the Dean of Students is to foster the holistic development of each student by:
- Upholding human dignity, fundamental rights, and the rule of law in all student affairs.
- Promoting ethical values—honesty, fairness, trust, and accountability—in academic, social, and personal domains.
- Supporting diversity, inclusion, pluralism, and empowerment of all students, especially women.
- Encouraging voluntary participation, civic engagement, and positive action for the common good.
- Facilitating shared wisdom through dialogue, consultation, and service.
Integrating scientific learning with spiritual and moral growth, and nurturing responsibility towards society and the environment.

The Office of the Dean of Students envisions a university community where every student is treated with dignity and respect, grounded in universal human rights; where diversity, ethical leadership, and service unite to produce graduates who are scientifically knowledgeable, spiritually balanced, socially engaged, and committed to peace and justice.
