We are looking for the IT support technician for Pirmamgroup, with below qualifications.
IT Support Technician
· Manage, troubleshoot and maintain all IT resources of the company; software, hardware and network.
· Provide reports and updates to the IT department on the status of projects or technical issues.
· Work as for first line support and helpdesk in the workplace.
· Define and document IT operations scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
· Analyze and resolve inter-connectivity and other problems that occur in a network environment.
· Provides direction and support for IT Function-wide communications, events and engagements.
· Ensure complete safety and security of IT resources, data, and information.
· Implementing, managing network and network devices (switches, routers and wireless access point).
· Installing and configuring wireless devices, Internet cable,
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve IT operations goals.
· Provide necessary operational and technical support for maximum uptime and uninterrupted functioning.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent degree.
· Fluent in English and Kurdish.
· Minimum 1-year of experience in an IT related field is preferred.
· Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms
· Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Stand/walk for 8-10 hours at a time
· Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Education
Computer science or equivalent degree
Workplace Rules
. Work 3 weeks per month, rotational based, 1,2 or 3 weeks at a remote site outside Erbil- at Duhok. If stayed 1 week at the site – then 2 weeks at Erbil Office etc.
. First 2 weeks of paid training at the site.
