On December 22, 2020, Miss. Avan Azad, Research Assistant at TIU, presented a fabulous seminar on the “Nanakali Hospital Project”, which is an ongoing charity project of our university for four years, that is done by computer engineering department with the supervision of Dean of Students.

Four years a go a team of our university paid a visit to the Nanakali Hospital for investigating their needs, based on that they claimed that they had lack of nurses during their daily duties. Hopefully, since then we are providing two nurses monthly salaries to the hospital. The goal of the seminar was to enrich the project by taking audience suggestions, trying to get more contributions by others, beside all motivate and encourage all to be a part of such kind of charity projects.

Miss Avan during the seminar emphasized on: “We born to give before taking, happiness is not coming from what we have, but happiness is coming from what we give; That’s why when we give we feel happier than when we take. The more we give to life the more we would be able to get from life. For sure not just giving money or things but giving our fully selves to those who in need to serve is important”.

We as TIU, are always happy to help those who are in need and highly motivate our students and staffs to be a part of humanities projects in the society.
