هیوامان باشیتانە
لە ١٨ـی مانگی ٨ـی ٢٠٢٦ سێ شەممە، فێرخوازە بەڕێزەکانمان دەتوانن جوببە و کڵاوەکانیان وەربگرنەوە.
ئەو خاڵانەی کە پێویستە فێرخوازان ڕەچاوی بکەن:
خشەیەکمان بۆ فێرخوازانی کۆلێژەکان دروست کردوە، بۆیە تکاتە بە پێی ئەو خشتەیە خوارەوە فێرخوازانی هەر کۆلێژێک سەردانمان بکەن.
Caps and Gown Collection Schedule
لەگەڵ سیقەی تەواومان بە فێرخوازانمان، بەڵام هەر مامەڵەیەکی نەشیا و یان ناشیرن بەرامبەر ئەو مامۆستایانە بکرێت کە ناوتان تۆماردەکەن و قیاساتان وەردەگرن، ڕاستەوخۆ فێرخوازی ناوبراو دەدرێت بە لیژنەی پێڕەوکاری و تا حەددی بێبەش کردنی لە بۆنەی دەرچوونی لیژنەکە دەتوانێت قەرار بدات. بۆیە تکامان وایە هاوکاربن
بۆ وەرگرتنەوەی جوبەکانتان، ڕاستەوخۆ سەردانی ژووری (٢٥٠) دەکەن لە بینای سەرەکی، مەمەڕی ڕاگرایەتی فێرخوازان. وە پسولەی وەرگرتنەوەی جوببەکانتان کە وێنەتان چرکاندبوو وە لە هەمان کاتدا ناسنامەی زانکۆتان لەبیرنەچێت و لەگەڵخۆتان بیهێنن.
هەر فێرخوازێک پێنج کارتی هاتنە ژوورەوەی میوانی پێ دەدرێت، وە لە کاتی وەرگرتنەوەی کارتەکان تکایە تەماشای پشتی کارتەکان بکەن بۆ دڵنیا بوونەوە لە ستیکەری فەرمی زانکۆ.
لە کاتی هاتنە ژوورەوەی میوانەکان پێویستە ئەو کارتەیان لەلابێت. وە منداڵی خوار ١٥ ساڵ پێویستی بە کارتی هاتنە ژورەوەی میوان نیە.
ئەو فێرخوازانەی کە لەدەرەوەی هەولێرن لە بری خۆیان هاوڕێیەکیان دەتوانێت جوببە و کڵاوەکانیان بۆ وەربگرێتەوە، بەو مەرجەی کە پسولەی فێرخوازی ناوبراو لەگەڵ خۆی بهێنێت.
هەر فێرخوازێک ئەو قیاسە وەردەگرێتەوە کە پێشوترخۆی داوای کردوە، بە هیچ شێوەیەک ناتوانرێت قیاسێکیدیکەی پێبدرێت.
وەرگرتنەوەی جوببەکانتان ئەو فێرخوازانە ناگرێتەوە کە درەنگ ناویان تۆمار کردبوو. دواتر کە جوببەکانیان هاتەوە نوێنەرە بەڕێزەکانی لێ ئاگاداردەکەینەوە.
بۆ ئەو فێرخوازانەی کە ناویان تۆمار نەکردووە لە بەرنامەی سەنتەری دەرچوان و سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی پیشەیی زانکۆ، ئەوا تکامان وایە کە پێش وەختە بەرنامەکە دابەزێنن و ناویان تۆمار بکەن لەو ڕێگەی خوارەوە، بۆئەوەی کە ئاگاداری چالاکیەکانی زانکۆ بن.
تێبینی: هەموو ڕۆژێک جگە لە هەینی و شەممە دەتوانن سەردانمان بکەن لەو دوو کاتەی خوارەوەدا؛

We hope you are doing well.
On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, our esteemed students will be able to receive their graduation caps and gowns.
Important Guidelines for Students:
We have prepared a schedule for the senior students. Therefore, please ensure that students from each faculty visit us according to the provided schedule below.
Caps and Gown Collection Schedule
While we have complete trust in our students, any inappropriate or unacceptable behavior toward the professors who give back your belongings will result in the student being directly referred to the Disciplinary Committee. The committee has the authority to make decisions, up to and including disqualifying the student from the graduation ceremony. We kindly request your cooperation.
To collect your caps and gowns, go directly to Room (250) in the Main Building, Dean of Students corridor. Do not forget to bring the receipt of your gown payment (which you photographed) along with your university ID.
Each student will be given five guest pass cards. When receiving the cards, please check the back of the cards to ensure the official university sticker.
Guests must carry these cards upon entry. Children under 15 years of age do not need a guest pass card.
Students residing outside Erbil may have a friend collect their caps and gown on their behalf, provided that the friend brings the student’s collection receipt.
Every student will receive the exact size they previously requested; under no circumstances can a different size be provided.
For those students who have not yet registered their names on the application of the Alumni Center and the Career Development Center of the university, we kindly ask you to download the application in advance and register your names through the QR code below, so that you can stay informed about university activities.
Note:
You can visit us every day except Friday and Saturday, during the following two time slots:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Collection time
12:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Staff break and lunch time
02:00 PM – 04:00 PM: Collection time
