Tishk International University Shines at Kurdistan Universities Championship

In a remarkable display of athleticism and skill, Tishk International University emerged as a strong contender at the recent Kurdistan Universities Championship. The highly anticipated event, held on the 16th and 17th of August, was expertly organized by Salahadin University and drew participation from over 15 universities across the region.
The championship featured a wide range of sporting disciplines, including swimming, table tennis, and chess. With fierce competition from renowned institutions, Tishk International University’s athletes displayed exceptional talent, dedication, and sportsmanship.
After two days of intense competition, Tishk International University clinched an impressive third place in the overall rankings. This achievement highlights the university’s commitment to promoting both academic excellence and physical fitness among its students.
It is worth mentioning, this is the first time for TIU to participate in Kurdistan Universities championship.
