Photo Taking Days Event Important Guidelines

Please carefully follow the instructions below:

Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time and strictly follow their assigned time slots.
Late arrivals will not be accepted, and students who miss their scheduled time will lose the opportunity to take their photos.
Individual photo stands, personal chairs, and tables are strictly not allowed during the event.
Students are not permitted to occupy university spaces before their scheduled time.
The schedule and map are attached. All details, including entry and exit points, are clearly indicated.
Students must enter through the designated entry point and exit through the assigned exit point.
Switching entry and exit routes is not allowed, and there is no access from the exit area to the photo-taking zone.
All students are expected to follow the rules and cooperate with the organizing team.

Additional Notes:

Students may bring candy baskets or sweets.
Family members and relatives are welcome to attend and congratulate students.
Students may bring their own photographer; however, Photographers are not allowed inside the photo-taking zone.
Family members and relatives are also not allowed inside the photo-taking zone.
All students are expected to follow the rules and cooperate with the organizing team.

These measures are in place to ensure a smooth, organized, and fair event for everyone.
