Photo Taking Days Event Important Guidelines

Please carefully follow the instructions below:

  • Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time and strictly follow their assigned time slots.
  • Late arrivals will not be accepted, and students who miss their scheduled time will lose the opportunity to take their photos.
  • Individual photo stands, personal chairs, and tables are strictly not allowed during the event.
  • Students are not permitted to occupy university spaces before their scheduled time.
  • The schedule and map are attached. All details, including entry and exit points, are clearly indicated.
  • Students must enter through the designated entry point and exit through the assigned exit point.
  • Switching entry and exit routes is not allowed, and there is no access from the exit area to the photo-taking zone.
  • All students are expected to follow the rules and cooperate with the organizing team.

Additional Notes:

  • Students may bring candy baskets or sweets.
  • Family members and relatives are welcome to attend and congratulate students.
  • Students may bring their own photographer; however, Photographers are not allowed inside the photo-taking zone.
  • Family members and relatives are also not allowed inside the photo-taking zone.
  • All students are expected to follow the rules and cooperate with the organizing team.

These measures are in place to ensure a smooth, organized, and fair event for everyone.
