Mercy Corner Project On December 20, 2018, Tishk International University finalized the Mercy Corner Project by delivering the collected donations for the Hassan Sham Camp, which there are 1200 IDPs families living in there that most of them from Mosul. The amount of the donations estimated to be around 40,000 $ which we prepared a package for each family includes (men cloth, women cloth, toys, 5 kg of rice, two bottles of oil, lentils, shoes, blanket, diaper, socks, two types of kids clothes, baby clothes). Two of Tishk International University graduates published their graduation project Mohammad Sardar and Ahmad Mufti are graduates of IT department - Tishk International University, the year 2017-2018. Their graduation project was on developing a website for Kurdistan Football League to publish the data and statistics to football fans in Kurdistan. Deanery of Students of Tishk International University organized chess tournament for students on May 23th & 24th, 2018. 26 players participated in the tournament. The tournament was designed in 5 rounds and each player had 5 matches. The tournaments result was as follows: Hussein Muhamad got the first place, Eman Adnan was second, and Harem got the third place. Congratulations to the winners. Mr. Ali Bala Student Deanery appreciated their efforts and awarded them by giving them cup and certification.
