The Dean of Students organized the 2nd TIU Book Fair, which took place on February 7th – 10th at Tishk International University’s campus. The participants comprised of different publishing houses and bookstores: Ashti Bookstore, Cambridge Bookstore, Haval Bookstore, Khwenari Kara, Lalezare Culture Center, Nariman Bookstore, and Rana Book store partook in the fair, creating a unique and diversified exposition. On February 2,2022 dean of students organized an art exhibition under the title of “NATURE”. The exhibition comprised of 21 paintings in which they all painted by our art club students, they were all inspired by the nature, mountains, sea, and animals. Dean of Students of Tishk International University organized a TIU chess tournament on Monday, December 20th, 2021. Twenty-four players participated in the tournament and it was continued for two days. The tournament was conducted in 5-rounds way, in which each player had a chance to play five times. They all performed energetically and with a great contribution during the tournament. Miss. Yusra Wrya, Art Club instructor of our university organized an art exhibition entitled on “2021 Charcoal Art Exhibition”. The exhibition composed of 37 portraits that were drawn by charcoal, pencil, and marker. famous persons, logics, animals, and free drawing were the contents of the portraits. The exhibition started at 12:00 pm, the opening ceremony done by Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of Board Trustees, and Dr. Abdul Samad Salahuddin Ahmad, TIU president.
