We believe, as you do, that every child deserves a bright future.
More children are alive and thriving today than ever before. But here’s the problem. thousands of children in our region and around the world still aren’t getting what they deserve. We’re talking about children in need. Dying, when the world knows how to save them. Vulnerable children in poverty. Denied an education. Forced to flee violence. Orphaned, abused, abandoned. Children with no reason to smile. No hope for the future.
We believe in the world’s children deserve better. in this context we as Tishk International University (TIU), Bring Hopes and Barzani Charity Foundation started a campaign to those children who are in need.
The memorandum of understanding between us was like that: we as TIU will support a place to arrange the materials that we will bring to the camps, arranging and categorizing those materials and distributing those materials in the camps. Bring hopes will provide the materials which were contains 5 different types of toys and cleaning gel for kids and Brazani Charity foundation will provide us transformation and security issues in the distributing areas.
On Wednesday, December 26, 2018 Bring hope brought stuffs to our university, It was officially holiday from our university but despite of that 45 of our volunteer students joined us to arrange those stuffs, the students worked for 5 hours consecutively in which 2200 packages were completely prepared where each package contained 5 different toys and cleaning gel for kids.
On Saturday, December 29, 2018 we paid a visit to Khazr Camp to distribute 1000 packages to kids in there by the help of 45 volunteer students.
On Sunday, December 30, 2018 we went to Harsham Camp to distribute 300 packages to kids in there by the help of 15 volunteer students.
Lastly, we as, Tishk International University, feel very proud to have such kind of students who believe in helping humanity, having responsibility to make a world
