Alumni Office and Dentistry department of Tishk International University organized a reunion for recent graduate students of dentistry department class of 2018. The purpose of the gathering was for showing loyalty from the university to them and vice versa as well and strengthening friendship ties with each other. The reunion took place on Friday, February 22, 2019 in the outside of the university. After an amazing negotiation between previous doctors and graduate students breakfast was served to them, then ended by a group photo. We as, TIU, are always ready to serve our graduates in any sector of their life.
Dean of Students arranged a series of “Welcome Ceremony” event for all freshmen from November till December. The aim of these events was to welcome the new students for our Tishk family, help them adapt to the university life, and make a brief introduction about Dean of Students and its units as well. Hero Ismaeel Arif, a student from law department from 4th grade, born in sulaimany 1977, she is married and she has two children (Rozhyar and Raman). She has been working in media from 1995 to 2004 in Duhok. Student Deanery of Tishk International University organized a food fundraising event on December 05, 2018 with the support and contribution of our volunteer students and staff in the entrance of the main building. In the presence of Dr. Idris Hadi, Head of Board of Trustees and Tishk International University staff commenced the event after the ribbon cutting. Two of Tishk International University graduates published their graduation project Mohammad Sardar and Ahmad Mufti are graduates of IT department - Tishk International University, the year 2017-2018. Their graduation project was on developing a website for Kurdistan Football League to publish the data and statistics to football fans in Kurdistan. Tishk International university architecture department had its first group of graduation this year (2018), Aryan is one of the students who we believe will bring change to the field of architecture in this region through his achievements and vision for the future of our country.
